Refunds and Returns Policy

At PlantPowerVitamin.com, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how to initiate a return, the conditions for returns, and the timeframes involved.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items that are perishable, have been used, or have had their seal broken are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dheeranshjain@gmail.com with your order details, including the order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation, if applicable. Clearly mark the RAN on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product you received was defective or incorrect. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are otherwise no longer in their original condition.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be charged for returns, provided the product is eligible for return.
  • Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you must initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at dheeranshjain@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
